Hi guys,

I want with 1 of my 2 joysticks on my rumblepad be able to chose from the radio menu. I can't change it in the options menu and i dont know what to change in the controls.con, and which controls.con i found 4
- C:\Program Files\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Settings
- C:\Program Files\Battlefield 2\mods\xpack\Settings
- C:\Program Files\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Settings\default
- C:\Program Files\Battlefield 2\mods\xpack\Settings\default

I hope someone can help me with this? :)

EDIT: The main goal is to be able to say "enemy spotted" with my rumblepad instead of having to reach for my keyboard and mouse. This setting should only apply 'air and helicopter' modus. Thus, being infantry I still want to be able to use q and t for the radio commands.

It's the one in mods\bf2\Settings

The default ones are used when the normally used one vanished afaik, and xpack simply means they're the config files for Special Forces.

Here they are:
ControlMap.addKeyToTriggerMapping c_GITacticalComm IDFKeyboard IDKey_T 0 0
ControlMap.addKeyToTriggerMapping c_GIRadioComm IDFKeyboard IDKey_Q 0 0

I'm guessing you'll have to change IDKey_Q to whatever name BF2 has for that button on your joystick. I doubt it will have an ID for that though so you'll need to make it. Don't ask me how though, my knowledge doesn't go that far. You'll have to wait for somebody else to reply here.
