I am sure she understood what she says. Its like Jessica Simpson, OK.. maybe not doing calculus in their spare time, but they are playing a character because its marketable. She makes money being the skinny dumb blond party girl so that's what she gives. I am sure she is a pretty worthless person, but I doubt she is quite as ditsy as she comes off.
