I have found it, ol' chum. I saw it at 08:00 already, but didn't feel a need to post anything.

To be perfectly honest, IMO Discipline is the weakest link of The Slip, Demon Seed being the best track. Actually, the song doesn't (again, IMO) even fit onto the album. I've been listening to The Fragile and Year Zero lately, the latter of which I'm starting to like very much. Nothing compares to The Downward Spiral, though.

But yeah, Discipline isn't really "my cup of tea", if you catch my drift.

Btw, I encourage all NIN-fans to aquire The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of Niggy Tardust by Saul Williams.

Looks good will have to give it a look, not a massive fan of the song either tbh.
Like donnie said though nothing compares to downward spiral, even though its totally different to the fragile.

Downward always reminds me of my teenage years all angsty and that.
I feel the fragile is more to my music tastes now,as i prefer a song that has a bit of progression in or something different which reznor always seems to manage.

See, I love Disipline because of the Groove the drums and bass has through the whole song... its just sex.

(running Z5500's and a sexy soundcard with the 1045bit rate, and its just Ecstasy on that subwoofer)

I used to be huuuge #1 fan of NIN...

... But does no one else find the last 2-3 albums (excluding the Ghosts series) embarassing? Trent just seems too old and too sensible nowadays to still be doing the angsty teen thing. Don't get me wrong, the NIN albums that I like are some of the best albums I own, period. But looking at these middle-aged men dressed in the mock fashions of industrial (is that guitarist SERIOUSLY playing that tame-ass song with that Marilyn Manson-esque look?) doing watered-down versions of past NIN albums makes me feel a little sick.

Edit: I can also recommend the Saul Williams album. It has Trent's production style all over it. It doesn't happen to be my favourite album by Saul, who is a fantastic spoken-word poet, but it definitely should appeal to all NIN fans who are looking for something a little different.

Oh and I have the Z5500's also- sexy
