Enemy target spotted button.

Hi guys, can anyone tell me how to bound an extra button to joystick. Example, on the ground you hit A+Left Mousse to get the "Enemy Spotted" command but when I'm flying I don't use mousse and I can't spot targets (I have seen many pilots doing this). So, is there any way how to.
I have an Logitech Extreme 3D pro , for the info.

I'd venture a guess that since the trigger fires the gun of the aircraft, and the left mouse button does the same, you could do Q (or whichever key) + trigger

I don't really know though, I don't have joystick, just making an educated guess.

Or you could try Joy2Key, bind the trigger to the mouse1 button.

Can someone help me through this. It's all Chinese for me. For some reason my radio key is A and not Q as in the most cases, but pretty weird is that on the Controls Menu is Q=Radio and A=strafe left(or right).
Iv tried joy2key too, ....messed up all without doing any good. (I know , I suck )
