I've played on the WAIB server (WAIB Infantry by team-dke) a few times. It's actually really refreshing because the Karkand flags are switched: MEC has the uncap and US starts out defending.
I just talked to the =E= guys, who I know also use the auto-admin feature, and they told me it's called AdminMap. It's still in Alpha and apparently you have to get approved to be able to use it.
