Ooo. I saw him pwn an icefull of Isles back in -97. He got the puck behind his own net and got a breakaway from the left side and scored. That's one of the most things of hockey I've seen live. Another one is Marty on overtime blocking Super Mario, who then passes the puck while lying on the ice to Jagr. Marty gets up and barely get his pad in front of the shot. That was the highlight of the month on Canal+. Then ofcourse there's the OT goal by Olli Jokinen that decided the championship in -98 to my HIFK. I could go on and on about great hockey moments so I'll shut up now

I was gutted when we old him and I was there at the club at the time and I knew they were selling our hero, he was worshipped like no other at Cardiff City. His trademark was his 'flip' goal celebration.

I wanted to show you at goal vs Stoke at Ninian Park but I can't find it. Instead have an example of a boring goal. 45 secs in, then watch the flip.

Since he left us his career has dived, rather than return to us he has gone to Nottingham Forest but we didnt bid anyway.
