BF2S Forums Ok, gut check..what would you do to this guy?

Yeah I'm not necessarily targeting lowing here.  Well except for the thinking the guy should be killed part.  The christian part is merely an observation I've noticed for years...

another example of lowing not being racists when he is the first to mention anything about ethnicity.  yeah, lowing.  the whole world is crazy for considering you a racist.

The law fails. They probably have a good idea who done it. But no finger prints=no conviction. It annoys me every time I hear a victim of crime. But at the same time its the way things have been done here. Up until recently the Police were institutionally bias against catholics. Some would say they still are. As a result people went to the IRA for Justice. They have went away but the suspicions of a bias police force has now been replaced with an incompetent one. (My friend phoned them to tell them the shop across the road was being burgled. The police showed up 30min's later. The shop owner told my friend they have an agreement with the police to not pursue these type of crime. Because if someone is caught they have to stump up the money. Seeing as most of the people committing these type of crimes are penny less kids it works better if no one is caught and then it can be claimed from insurance. I can picture the cops saying to each other "think they are finished yet so we can go down there?") Same with the car. Not only do I loose the car. I can't claim off my insurance as I loose my no claims and on top of that I had to pay £200 to a recovery company to lift the car from were the bastards abandoned it. Plus buy a new car. Its clear that UK morality and social Justice are going down the pan. But the police often have their hands tied and it all seams to be about money as usual. So when the Justice system fail and police have their hands tied its often down to citizens.

Ok, I have read and am all caught up now.
First,  I gotta say, this discussion has moved beyond the squatting of this guy, to genuine home defense from an intruder, this wasdone by me and Cam pretty early on. For the record, I never said I would kill this guy, I said if he was killed doing this shit,  iwouldn't loose any sleep over it.

Second, the most of you will and have argued that even if someone entered your home, in the middle of the night, it is not worth killing him over. Most if not ALL of you that say this, either do not own a home or do not have kids to protect, or both.

As far as the religious comments made, I am not religious, so there is no hypocrisy there on my part.

As far as the Sharia Law comparision goes, I have long maintained that our laws are too lenient and we cater to criminals over victims. If burglarly brought the death penalty I can live with that, a burglar is the one who needs to worry. Now do I beleive in public executions because a wife looked at another guy and her husband saw it, nope.
