Go into your router settings by typing is your IP address in the address bar of your browser. From there, I'm sure there are options for blocking out unwanted users.

You can block there MAC address in your routers config....
Best to change the password, and if your not using XP turn off SSID broadcasting, then set a [different] encryption password.

then you blow out the pilot light, turn on the gas all the way, and then set up some form of remote sparker to set off the gas
let it go for a couple hours and then spark it, BOOM
as an added plus, the chloroform would be destroyed by the effects of the explosion, so it looks like he just let the gas on and accidentally set it off via a static discharge
