Yo, decided to get back into Call of Duty and downloaded 1.7, so i got to join a server, but it doesn't display any servers.. none at all. It goes through, Waiting for Response from Master Server for about 1 second, then something that passes too quick that i can't read and then displays Refreshed Time: <date>.

So has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it? or does anyone know a way to?

I wouls say check you're flitters to make sure there not set to any thing silly, failing that I would reapply the 1.7 patch.
Also check that you're firewall is allowing the game past since its been updated to the newer vision.

A quick test to check that you can connect to the CoD4 servers would be to write down a clan server address and see if you can connect.

2 Questions How do is there anything special to be done to reapply or not, and do you know an IP? ive never been a big fan of clans.

Nope, it should be a simple as the first time you did it and no I dont know of any IP's off hand but google is you're friend.

Give that ago if no luck tell us the results and see what next.

Right, i checked an IP and it Timed out, so i checked my Firewall but it says its allowing Cod4 through.. and im uncertain how to reapply patch 1.7 so any advice would be nice

Ok, to reapply the patch it should be a simple case of redownloading a fresh copy of the patch and installing it the normal way.
(double clicking the icon -> install -> next -> next -> finish).
