Sorry mods, but i really couldn't find this..

I just want to know: if you go sniper, lay a few claymores, die and change kit to engineer and lay a few ATs. DO the claymores stay?

I know for a fact that you can't have more than 2 claymores or more than 5 C4s @ 1 point of time, but what about different ordiances?

If you lay out claymores and then die the claymores will stay around i while about 1-3 min i guess then they dissapear. Same with AT-mines and C4.

Hmm u got it wrong with C4. I've managed to drop 4 C4 on the UAV and SCAN, reloaded from a supply drop and dropped 2 more on each artillery and THEN popped it all in ONE go

actually, you can only put five of each explosive out at a time, you just didnt notice that one disappeared when you put 4 on the uav because it only takes three to blow it up...

It only takes 2 C4's on each asset.

in my experience AT mines and Claymores stay for a few minutes but C4 vanishes when your kit vanishes cause without it the C4 becomes obsolete.
andi  once managed to place more than 5 C4´s and i was watching them but i cant remember if i blew them up, actually i think i died before i could try
anyway i received kills after a few minutes with the AT mines and the claymores but i cant tell you how long that is exactly.

ps: its 2 per asset but on the UAV trailor its possible to place them wrong and only damage it, only happened once to me though

hmm interesting. where do you placce them? close to each other on one side of the trailer?
cause thats when i cant destroy it with 2 sometimes. try to place one on each side, when in front of it theres the pipe goin up in the middle, just put 1 charge left and right of it always does the trick for me

i dont have time to sign the c4 and carefully place them on each side, i throw them on and drive my ass out of there in my ghetto van

takes 2 each to take out the UAV and Radar, but do not place them close to each other. works for me all the time, especially when a commander keeps trying to kill me with arti shots. its like trying to swat an irritating fly, after a while you give up swatting it with your hand and go for it

as for the AT Mine, I have gotten kills long enough after i re-spawned, so i think it stays in-game for a while. the C4 needs a detonator, so it wont linger long enough unless you run back to pick up your kit at the spot where you got killed. one more tip: if you kill a SpecOps mining a flag with C4s, pick up his kit but don't cap the flag (esp if he was the only one there) and take over his handy work sometimes you get lucky, as he will re-spawn and look for you at the same flag..booooom! then, you cap the flag.. evil..i know

I've never had to use more than 2 on UAV...just throw them at the flag on the side and it's done. Proximity doesn't matter either, I always throw them together and run.  I suppose if you had them at the wrong spot it wouldn't be as effective, just aim for the flag.
