Well done, but too much *stuff*, imo.
Very nice, I like the color scheme, and it looks very sleek.
But as Jens said, it's a bit cluttered. Maybe try organizing it differently.

The home page, I'm bombarded with stuff. Too many links = confoosion.
Maybe put the Latest Topics and Latest News boxes on the left of the main news post.
