Ok, after reading the full story I understand why they wen to sue the kids but really WHY THE HELL SUE THEM?
This is how it goes in that school.
If you have a birthday you have to invite everyone or every boy or girl in the class. The kid broke the rules and this teacher thought it was a good idea to bring it to court. I mean come on I wasn't invited to the birthday of the guys who bullied me and I didn't care about it as I didn't want to be there.
Another thing to, one of the bullies didn't invite him to his party. That didn't raise a problem.
Btw those two kids where BULLIES people and they had bullied him for over 6 months. That's why he didn't invite them.
