It's a real time, intelligent compositing system. The "output" of what you see is done in computer and then displayed on a screen. Very neat, but not very applicable.

Chuyskywalker is right, while its a good system, its not really usable in BF2. Its displayed on screen, not with hundreds of objects that are just projected into the room with you . Still though having a lightsabre would be kool .
