I heard a guy say it during play and I was wondering if anyone knew how to get that to play when you spot a jeep or something.

I did this before a while ago when I played PR. I only made it replace the "follow me" radio command (I did this back in 0.6 or so). I think I tired making it when I spot a vehicle but I don't think it worked. It's probably possible.
i've heard it in sandbox aswell...that was 1.41 so it's possible but i dont have a clue how...
