So, I'm redesigning my company logo, and my business card and stuff.
But, I need some external input, because you can't judge the stuff you make, a beholder does.

I like the second concept a lot. Maybe you could take the W from the first concept and use it as the W in in the second concept.

Do you mind if I work on it a bit and see what I can do with it?

1 is nice, you see the left square? maybe make it the same color as the BG (white) the off white color isnt doing anything for me + it would blend better into the white bg Keep the dark grey/black bits ofc

I don't know, I love all the "type tricks" in the second one and the color splashes... but I think it has too many cool typography tricks in it. The tricks themselves are almost more interesting than the logo. Still is great though (cutting off the ascender of the "t" almost makes it feel like a capital letter though... I like it though, just a feel I get).
I think that number one may be more stoic and professional. I could see its use in letterhead and presentations. The name itself could also be used alone as can the graphic. Both are great, but I would use number one.
