This is a sure sign that the lack of Pork in that country is messing up their diet and causing side effects. The other white meat, mmmm.

Yea, I agree. I guess it's easier just to ignore things instead of trying to argue against it. Whatever though, America pretty much is the best country in the world. I'm biased though.Scorpion0x17 wrote:

Everywhere I ago people are bashing America. The problem with that is that, with a lot of the topics that are discussed here, Americas role in the issue is at the heart of the issue.ThaReaper wrote:
Maybe people should just stick to the topic instead of just saying stuff about America. I never say anything about any other countries (excluding Iraq) and I want the same. Why can't people just stick to topics and not go into the "It's Americas' fault" and whatnot.
This is only because America is the worlds only superpower.
It was the same with the UK when we owned half the planet - everything that ever went wrong was all our fault - and some things that happen now-a-days, in places we used to own, still get blamed on us.

I know plenty of Americans who don't know that there is a Paris outside of Texas. I moved before I got to 7th grade, so I was (seriously) wondering what the geography curriculum is like - because I think that Americans learn a lot more about national than international geography. I mean, I knew the capitals of each state, and could label them all in 5th grade or maybe even fourth, and I think so could most of my class. Where did that go wrong?

Was Virginia a part of Europe before 1776?
Wasn't Virginia the state that was named after the Virgin Queen? I'd go with yes... Mind you, I took this like...10-12 years ago, so it's a bit hazy...nukchebi0 wrote:

The point was a territory's location has nothing to do with political bonds and everything to do with geographical ones.
