After much debate, I have chosen not to go with watercooling. It would be too expensive and too much maintenance. Also, I'm not gonna upgrade this rig with Nehalem and 48xx, DDR3 etc but build a new one when the time comes.

My setup looks like this:

Now, The main problem I thought that I was gonna have is getting 2 decent coolers in SLI but after some measurements, the Thermalright HR-03 and a 120mm fan is gonna work out smooth. In addition, I'm buying 4 extra 120mm fans for my sidepanel (Stacker 831)

This is what I'm getting, anyone got any advice before I click 'Order'?

Unless you're back mounting those HR-03s you wont be getting any fans on them, not with SLi.

The top card will get the block and fan above, the lower one will get the block and fan downwards.

back mounting is the only way to go with SLi....

Btw, make SURE you get the HR-03 GT, not HR-03 or HR-03 Plus

GT is for G92, Plus is for G80 and HR-03 is...dunno.

With the cooler removed, I have about 2 1/2 slot left + I can take the mesh out.

Rev A has 4 heatpipes, GT has 6.

GT = Better

I doubt it's that much more expensive.

I think you might be underestimating their size a little. With a 25mm deep fan on they easily cover 3 full expansion slots. Also have you checked the Ultra-120 will fit once you have the side panel fans installed? It scrapes the side pannel of my Antec 900.

I changed the list with them, the differene is 15,00 but If you say it has a good difference in cooling with the Rev. A, I will get the GT no doubt.

But when I get the 120, I won't be able to put my fan panel in , on a brighter side, it saves me money from 4 fans.
