I'm bored and have watched all the movies on my computer a million times over. Or they aren't very good and so I can't be bothered to watch them again. But anyway, as the title says please.

And yes, I've searched like crazy to try to find some good movie threads, but thus far I can't find any like this. Despite that I'm sure there are at least 5.

It's a Russian film (get subs) about the Afghan war just before the collapse of the Soviet Union. I've got it on DVD, it's a very decent film.

No, why? You have a problem with subs? I did as well, but this movie is just too good to be missed. Seriously. It's so good, I actually preferred it with subs, because it makes it that much more emotional.

The film is about the Korean war and the war between 2 brothers.

Meh, do what you wish, but about 1/10th ( I think more ) of the best movies ever created were either Korean/Japanese/Spanish/French, so you are seriously missing out.

The Longest Day. It has Paul Anka, Eddie Albert, John Wayne, Sean Connery, the good actors. Good movie about the the invasion of Normandy. You might be able to see it on TV but will be 5 hours long with commercials.

Anyway - I'd recommend the usual Black Hawk Down / Jarhead / Full Metal Jacket scheme. Lord of War and Gone in 60 seconds are also quite good.

BEL2 is probably one of the worst modern war movies I have ever watched. Shooter is good if you want to be entertained, but for a movie buff who enjoys a masterpiece ( not saying me, because I was entertained ) then it's pretty crap. Hot girl in it, though.
