Agreed people in the UK do play at those times. I do and i often play with other brits at the same time, although ive found all those brits ive played with have been totally normal and not acted like twats.

the more expensive the cost of console, the better quality of people(sometimes)

Example-

Xbox 360-300$
PS3 -500-600$
Good PC 700$+

Xbox probably has the worst kind of players because anyone could afford it

PS3, it costs more so better players.

PC, could vary because a PC could be crappy or very expensive

When i mean "players" i mean the people who play, not how good they are.

Rich kids are no less annoying than poor ones. Immature little kids exist independent of socioeconomic standing.

When i mean "players" i mean the people who play, not how good they are.

First off, the 360 is $350. Only the shitty arcade version which nobody buys because it doesn't have a hard drive is $300.

Second, I've only had my PS3 for a little over a month, and I've already encountered little kids on it...sometimes, even more than I do on XBL! There's no "proof" that just because the PS3 costs a little more (and it's only $400 dollars here, not too much more) there are better players. None at all.

Third, I've heard more kids on the PC more than anything, probably because all the little kids go on their mom/dad/brother's computers to go play counterstrike or something.

And last, how is $300 something "anybody" can afford? You're from the USA...you should realize that's not true. At all.

Your missing the point here, "people" is all types, not just kids.  Also, wouldn't you expect the crowd to be less annoying if they make more money(since they're more educated)?

I also mentioned that it's not always like that and there could be an instance where it's invalid.

That's a very naive way of looking at things. Having something that costs $50 more than something else simply does not insinuate intelligence levels or annual income.

And if you say that people who make more money are better educated, how do you explain Paris Hilton?

For your first statement, it could be different if you comparing a nice computer and an xbox.  Say there's a poorer family, they would probably rather spend their cash on the cheaper console right?  "Poorer" families tend to be those who aren't educated, and can be "unfriendly" when playing with them. This doesn't apply to children because THEY ARE ANNOUYING PERIOD!

The bolded statement, again, is very naive. Especially in this day and age where recession's upon us (christ, this is turning into a D&ST worthy topic). I've worked at soup kitchens, I've seen poor families...are some of them uneducated? Sure. But there's also a lot of educated people who are poor. It all depends on the job someone gets. There's also a lot of uneducated people who are rich.

Rather spend their cash on the cheaper console? I wouldn't say that's true on the whole. It might seem like it, but a lot of families even now with the economy like it is are getting the PS3, simply because it's "newer".

I know plenty of poor families who own huge HDTVs complete with an XBox 360 and/or PS3.  They also drive a car nicer than mine, and collect food stamps.  There are many where the opposite is true.  Also education/income has nothing to do with how nice you are as an opponent in a game.

Agreed completely. I mean, I live with my mom who lives off of babysitting salary, disability payments (for her back...had scoliosis/several surgeries as a kid) and child support from my father (who's, albeit quite wealthy). And yet I have a 32" HDTV, PS3, Xbox 360, Rock Band, a $2200 computer, and other royalties.
