Cup final day has arrived.  Still a bit pissed from last nite will start topping that up in an hour or so on the coach.  Appleade bottles filled with 'bow, they didnt check us for booze on the coaches for the semi's but me and my mate didnt take any.

Im a mixture of excitment and nerves as we could just could pull off a huge shock and massive achievement today.

Cardiff to win by 1 goal.

Hey! Just noticed us Finns have one of our own guys playing there. Go Enckelman! Go Cardiff!
Fucking Enckelman, cost Cardiff the cup
Not his fault alone. That defenseman should've done something else than admired Kanu at the time.

Just got back, long ol day.  Pissed by the time I crossed the 7 Bridge we were soon tucking into the Pepparami's we had for brekkie.  The cider/pop bottles went down very well and once at Wembley we got into the Coach park a lot quicker than the semi's.  Off into Wembley town for drinks but all the pubs were full so we bought cans from an offie and drank them in the street with a few hundred other Cardiff fans.

Few beers inside the stadium and just as we were going from bar to seats was when theywere singing "Abide with me", this was one of Mums hymns at her funeral and a song with special meanings to both of us.  Sang the Welsh National Anthem and "Ayotolla'd" though GSTQ, not out of disrespect but more out of not knowing the words to it.  Didnt wanna stand there scratching my balls picking my nose while that was being sung cos low n behold the camera would bound to pick on me.

Sat just behind Cardiff's 1st half goal, just to the left of the left hand post, 5 rows back.  Great view of our end but obviously not for the other.  I cant say too much of the match as I was pissed and have only seen the action once in real time.  Hope to watch the game on tv 2moro and then I will comment on disallowed goal and other things.

Congratulations Portsmouth fully deserved and thrilled for Redknapp.  I supported the 'ammers inbetween Liverpool and Cardiff as I was taken there and I suppose this lasted 5 years and only ended when they got rid of Harry and his backroom staff. Good on him for what he has done with Porstmouth and congrats go to all associated with their club including every fan.  I saw not one incident of trouble all day but witnessed friendly banter between both sets of fans but they had the fitter females and plenty too.

I am a very proud and priviledged man to be able to watch his team at Wembley in an Fa Cup Final, I didn't know anyone else who could say that until today.  I would feel just as proud if we had lost 6-0 as getting there ment so much and all we have lost today is a match, I have in the past and unfortunatly do so again: loose bigger things in life.

I, as a Pompey fan, was lucky enough to get tickets to the game . It was a great game in my opinion, and Cardiff gave as a run for it. Kanu was unlucky not to score his first chance, and really only got the goal after the Cardiff keeper fumbled it. We should have had a penalty as well, but being completely honest, the ref was biased. Every single time a Pompey player so much as went near a Cardiff player, Cardiff got the free kick. I don't know whether it's because he used to live in Wales or what, but his decisions where pretty bad. Saying that though, the one time he did help us was when he disallowed your goal, which I thought was a perfectly good goal, and couldn't really see how we had managed to get a free kick out of it.
As for the banter sides of thing, me and my dad were the only Pompey fans on a tube full of Cardiff before the game, and it was a great laugh. I feel a select few Pompey fans let themselves down at the end. We had just won the FA cup, and they still felt the need to try and start fights with Cardiff fans coming out of Wembley, right in front of the police.
After the game, I was treated to staying at 1 Aldwych, and then having an awesome breakfast at the Waldorf. For me it was a pretty awesome weekend, and I hope every other fan, whether Cardiff or Pompey had as good a time as me
