So, Lately I have been getting some really bad lag in CoD 4.

And I mean the cursor is lagging like shit and when I try to click something it is hard to, And I can not even begin to explain the lag in the game itself.

My system runs it well over 100fps or use to until something went ape shit not sure.

any help?

So are you lagging on ALL maps or just some? Some maps (particularly Spets vs SAS maps) are more strenous on your computer. If you are lagging on all maps I would consider stopping all backround tasks that you do not need. Like Arceta said it might be viruses.
