They can suck a fat one.It screwed up my VBF2 when I installed it.

It doesnt screwed up mine, so I'm gonna install new patch.

FH for BF1942 was the most epic mode ever made, I don't blame the FH team for the crappynes of FH2, I blame the BF2 engine for being an utterly shitty mod platform.

It was a good mod.

so, depends...if you're a tanker, FH1 is better, if you prefer infantry - FH2 all the way.

And aircraft are a lot more realistic in FH2.

Actually, FH1 infantry rocks IMO, so does the aircraft in FH1

FH 1 is perfect in every way

Didn't play FH2 much though, I just couldn't get into it, was too laggy as well.

I had that too. After a spirited bout of Project Reality, I wanted to get my hands on a sniper rifle for classic headshot fun.

So I choose BF2 from the Community Mods section of the game's menu. I try to join three servers, all kick me for modified content. I close the game, restart comp and load BF2 from the desktop shortcut. No problems.

It's the effects that the mods have that mess up BF2. You should have no problems if you delete the .exe for the special mod when playing BF2. pr.exe contains the suppression effect that kicks you from vBF2 servers, and since FH2 has its own effects, something similar may be the problem.

Just launch both mods and vBF2 from their own shortcuts, not via community > custom game

I still dont tried any of them but i saw the pictures and i see that they really worked on it and they deserve a big respect tbh.
Anyway im wondering that some people are able to work 10000 of hours on something whats actually free for all.
When will EA/DICE do teh same?
