The first picture on this post...is an island own by the British Columbia where the US Air Force uses the airstrip. The island is called Diego Garcia, I've been there twice. Not alot to do there, pretty damn small. Good fishing though...
Reading the title thread at first sounds like you just found out that Wake Island is a real atoll.
