Awwwwwwwww how i hate this shit!!! I was just playing Dragon VAlley on USMC side and i was doing a really, really great job! but as i hovered over our heli port, an enemy car runs into me, my AH-Z10 explodes and i kill 3 teammates by the explosion... my gunner and two others, that were around...
I was kicked from the server and lost my Helicopter Service Ribbon and, probably, a gold star.

I could kick EA's ass for this shit, because this wasn't the first time this happened to me!!!

But you should blame the guys who punished you for that Accident.

Guys, (this happened to me today)

It was on Kubra Dam, i was in a blackhawk, and suddenly, i see a BTR with alot of smoke behind him => the BTR was nearly fucked up, i shot at him with the minigun, but he fire back at me, and killed me ...

As i was in a vehicle, i died directly, and i was swapped ... BUT then ! the BTR blew up, AND IT DID LIKE A TK !!!!

Like that i got + 1 death + 1 TK - 6 points ....

Yeah, but what pisses me off as well, is the fact that most servers are kicking at 3 or 5 teamkills. Even if accidents! and even if not punished! the guys forgave me, but i was kicked, though.
good that it will be fixed with the next patch (=>wondering when it'll be ready and release )

i was shooting at an enemy heli that was flying over us when a friendly chopper that was smoking really bad flew in front of me and with one shot i blew it up and got like 5 tks, and they all punished me. so i switched teams and spent the next 2 hours killing them legit

I fired my Eryx at a enemy jeep i hit it and the crew members bailed out and got away, then a squad of 4-5 M8s is running past the damaged jeep when it exploded and killed the entire squad I got 4-5 TK's and the damn fucktards punished me and i got kicked from the sevrer. I got so mad that i broke a pencil i half.
This is fixed in the patch though.

Sorry had to laugh, its just the way you put it. But yeah I know how you guys feel. Playing on a server earlier, I was in a blackhawk, and I get rammed by this git in a chinese plane. I get a kill from the guy in the plane and then I get 3 teamkills. It was annoying and very time consuming seeing as we had only just gotten off of the carrier.

What really sucks is when you are squad leader and your entire squad of 5 people all die from a vehicle secondary explosion and you get 5 TKs. That's -20 points. None of them punished because they knew how fucked up that was. But it still hurts.

I shot a stinger at a enemy chopper, but strangly my missles flew to a chopper nearby the enemy chopper that whas full of my teammates :S geuss how many TK's I got..

For the Stinger dude go read the how to use AA in the featured section on these forums, nice tips on how to kill your target and not get T/K's

As for stuff blowing up bad luck untill the patch.

I was riding in a Black Hawk last night on the new Wake Island map in a door gunner position. We were hit and exploded and I died. I spawned back on the carrier and got the message "Unforgiven5150 has been punished for a Team Kill". WTF? I wasn't even the pilot. How did that happen?

I too hate this but unfortunately it's here to stay. I was once near a flag and heard a chopper flying towards me so I planted some C4 near the Flag and hid. Sure enough the CHopper arrived and hovered above the flag. Two players jumped out. So, I hit the switch and BOOOOM ! the chopper was destroyed. I got three kills and sure enough some *##()*# punished me. What a crock of )*)#(*. I mean come on, they saw me plant the C4 and I even told them to stay away. I think some players do it on purpose, they enjoy punishing....
