Some severs I go to I get kick because of this (cvarr_lodscaleskinned=4) and that the number needs to be a 1 or a 2 so I'm wondering how to change it. As you guessed it this a PC Related issuse.

Did you try just putting it into the console and changing the 4 to a 2 or 1?
i don't know what the text is since cavrr isn't one of the commands

This is an issue where server enforces model and texture details.
Personally, they do not make much difference, except in massive drop in FPS when using normal model/texture, instead of low.

They're just toggleable settings. Just because you get kicked for one, does not mean it's a "hack," it just means the server has it at a different setting and yours needs to match....
