so iot works but people cant hear me with it what should i do
If you are a little more specific then maybe others can help you...
What do you mean by "it works"? It doesn't if people can't hear you.
Are you using Teamspeak? or are you using something else (like TeamSpeak)?
Are you using the correct key?
Is the mic set to the on position? (my headset has a little slider that determines whether the mic part is on or not)?

This once happened to me. I pressed B or V and nothing happened. This was after my server crashed while i was speaking rebooted the game and it worked fine. Have you tried this?
