Here's a couple clips of me and my squad firing 120mm mortars last weekend in Vuosanka shooting range.
First video is with 4th charge (4 extra gunpowder backs) and second with 2nd charge. The 4th charge felt like you got kicked in the face.
I'm the one with hand on the pipe and aiming.
