BF2S Forums Help with video card/drivers

Alright here's the case.  One day everything was working fine and I felt like turning off my computer. I come back at night and turn it on.  Resolution is fucked up at like 1024 by 760.  This monitor is sposed to be like 1200 by 1600 something like that idk.  So i fiddled around for a little and then uninstalled my nvidia drivers and re-installed them.  Then, after 2 hours of fucking around with the twiddle dicks at nvidia i got everything working again.  Well for like a month everything was working fine and then it did the same ting(res. all shitty).  By the way, i can't start bf2 when all this happens.  Screen turns black and shuts down bf2 right whne i click it.  BTw, i am running dual 8800 GT and there about 3 months old.  So, my question is what do i do.  All morning i have been trying to reinstall nvidia drivers. However, it tells me for the install to be complete it needs to restrt.  I restart my computer, it starts up , and in the middle of starting up my monitor says no signal and then turns black.  To fix the no signal shit i have to pull out the dvi cable and plug it into another dvi slot.  Then, when my monitor is functionable, the resolution goes back to shitty. It's a huge loophole of reinstalling drivers and restarting computer and not working again.  HELP!
