You can only use one weapon at a time so having two is redundant most of the time.
i use the m9 with stopping power instead and if i have the opportunity to pickup a weapon i like i do, but otherwise i enjoy running around with a pistol when i get bored anyways
Yes maybe if your moving place to place trying to be silent but still deadly, because you don't want to die with only your little pistol.
