I Listen to Trance and Techno mostly and sometimes the BH Down soundtrack while playing karkand. Good music makes me a better bf2 soldier

I usually listen to the Rock (that is, the movie) soundtrack, it's got a heroic/patriotic/gungho that makes me do crazy things...but I turn down the volume considerably, otherwise I can't hear VOIPers who have quiet mics/voices
One time I was playing, I guess I had a wrong mic setting or something, b/c my teammates heard, in addition to my voice, my music everytime I talked over VOIP. Ever happen to anybody?

I used to. But I find that it distracts me and I need to be able to hear the sounds in the game. On occasion when I am going balls to the wall and I don't care about death only carnage then I will slap in some NIN, Ministry, KMFDM, Ramstein or various other techno/electronica or metal bands. Those games I always have a rather large death and kill count and I find myself charging and going apeshit alot more.

Thats why I listen to quiet calming music :p
just something to fill the background noise... and occasionally the radio messages sound like theyre part of the music!
