So, EA decided to reset me, after once they already messed up my account (well, a hacker gave me 32 million points, EA reset me, then restored a part of my stats - yes, only a part). And now they reset me again!
So, I contacted their support site.

I have never used hacks or stats padding! never! It is your fault that you were unable to protect my account (and about 2000 other accounts) from being hacked. That was the first time my stats were messed up. (not my fault). and now you tell me that have an evidence of me abusing that stats system??? what have I done? (according to you?).
That's a lie and you reset people like me, because you can't stop the real hackers!
