Actually as a user of AdSense(Google's ad program)
I would know,
if you sign into your account management, you can set domains that get blocked. So yeah, it's doable, but the owner of the adsense acct needs to set the settings.

AdBlockPlus is indeed great. I hardly know what ad banners and popups look like these days.
