Hi.

I have started up a dedicated server on my own PC (not with the "Start New Server" in the game menu).

Anyway, other people can join, but as long as I have the server running, I myself cannot see, refresh or join any other servers (including mine). But if i shut down the server, everything is normal again.

What to to? Do I have to host the server on a rented server to be able to join the server for clanmatches etc?

hence the term "dedicated"

it is allowed to utilize all of your resources, if you want to join, you'll need to start a non-dedicated server

But if I start the server in the "Start New Server" menu, and chose Dedicated, then I and others can join and play togeter. (No, we are not at LAN)

And I am running a public BF2 server on this computer aswell (not right now, as Im trying to start a CoD4 server) and I can join other and my own server when that is running.
