In Chile and Argentina they have this awesome sandwich, can't remember the name but it's thin-slice white bread with shredded chicken (white meat), and it has this great sauce / marinade and usually has guacamole as well.

I just ate this about an hour ago at my work.

Panini bread, with Garlic butter, fried on a flat top
Triple 000 sauce. Its like Mayo.. but 10 times better
Bacon
Roast Beef
Turkey
Ham
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Cheese, Processed and Cheddar
and a little bit of Salt and pepper to top it off

I nearly died eating it.
