No, for that you would have to stay trough the round.

Sometimes I've seen players who left before the end get the gold medal
Afaik, you get a win/loss depending on which team you last spawned as.
To your last...the stats are sent at the end of each round, so doesn't matter if you were in another server or not.

One of the stats sites tells you the amount of rounds you've left that ended up as win or loss.

actually, its the team that you were on when you quit/the round ended. You can join a server, spawn, die, switch to the winning team when dead, then disconnect without spawning and you will get a win.
