The QAM tuner in my TV gives me a bunch of decimal channels. Like, 80.1 is PBS World, 82.2 is ABC HD, and 125.3 is The Golf Channel HD. There are a bunch of other ones, but most only say "No Picture". If I paid for a cable box to get digital cable, I would have channels that are only whole numbers. when i first got it, i set it to auto-program the channels

the tv has a built in tuner box, but for it to work properly im supposed to install some sort of card from my cable company
my buddy bought the same tv, he too enjoys free porn from a different part of town
