Those google maps are from aerial recon anyway, and I'm pretty sure that the airspace above Area 51 or any US military site would be restricted and subject to a number of regulations. This photo could easily have been doctored.

I'm no conspiracy theory believer, but a photo like this doesn't prove much, if anything.
