That just looks like you put a car on a flat picture of a beach and then put a fake shadow under it.

I aint gonna do a propper shadow for some guy on BF2s...

If you want to do the best shadow you can, Save the thing as a PSD, then make a shadow with the pen tool, then go filter distort displace to get it going up and down with the sand,
