hey guys,
recenty i got 2,501 global points and it is not letting me get a new weapon unlock, also everytime i get 1 kill it says i have leveled up to agt. on BFHQ it now says i have 2,548 points the bar for progress towards next rank is compterly full. any one know what is happenening and why i cannot receve my unlocks?

You will probably have to wait till the bf2 server updates, it is usally a lot slower over the week end!

Its like a wheel barrow...............its in front of you!!

I am having a similar problem. My stats are taking FOREVER to update....I hope i don't lose my Airial Service Ribbon!

hehe.... yeah, i have never heard about this either before. I wonder.... if i had search about it.. would i have gotten answers? No probably not. Maybe. Maybe a couple of people have made a thread about this before.

its very odd that it says i have over 2500 points yet the little popup thing doesnt come up whe i click BFHQ asking what weapon i want

well, it had updated again yet i have 2660 points i still have not recieved sgt. rank or a new wep im even playing until we have to load a new map up this is very aggitiating lol

Hello all

I have been having problems with this, I earned my Staff Sergant rank and my team badge and they have been yet to show up on my profile, not to mention my points being frozen at 4,941, yet to be updated since about 3 gmt.

Any ideas?

its happening to me to, im stuck at 19959 points, i have about 17 hours woth of gameplay to update yet, should be enough to get those 41 points i need

but anyway like the guys said, its slow updating over the weekends

Same here. It's been 2days now i've passed my 5,000 points. Evertime time i kill someone it tells me that i got my new rank, but it doesnt give me my unlocks and i'm still on the same rank as before.(but it adds my points,ribbons,badges...)

guys, just to reiterate: the only "official" tie we have to EA is the fact that we are allowed to use the "official" XML stats feed. That's about it. We don't have exclusive information on the status of the stats system, insight into the way it works, or access to information on slower update times, etc...

our community might offer some advice based on our experience with the stats system over the last 8 months or so, but as educated as that may be, it is still only guessing.

Sometimes EA publishes some information on server downtime due to scheduled maintenance. I would advise everybody to check out their homepage.

Apart from that, as has been said here already, patience is the key to the stats system. Remember that this is a global system, with thousands of servers in different time zones and probably over a million players to track. that's a huge amount of data to be processed and it is bound to have some delays from time to time.

Most of those "I haven't received my award/badge/ribbon yet" or " I am missing X Global Points" issues are resolved by simply waiting a day or two. I would guess that EA has some sort of queue too...
