How do you record gameplay footage on 360?

As the title says, anyone know, and give me links for anything that needs downloading?

It's for a mate of mine, hes pretty good, so i decided to tell him to make a frag movie, but he doesnt know how and i cant remember what you have to do.
Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks Varreg, i was hoping to give him a guide where it doesnt cost anything, or it can just be downloaded for free, any other suggestions which dont include the video cameras

Sucks to have a 360 you have to buy a lot of stuff to do stuff, drop the console use a computer with a free program called fraps + edit it with a free program that comes with widonws XP "Movie Maker".

If your TV has video and audio outs, feed those to your computer via a capture card, or to a DVR.
