Hey ppl's

My laptop has been really slow for 2 weeks now. I think it started when I used it on a mountain in Austria (snowboarding ftw).

Anyway, at first I thought it was because of full harddisks, but I deleted lots of stuff from them and now:
C Drive: Which has vista on it has 25 gb free space.
D drive: music, games, that sort on it - 14 gb free space

Today I accidentally clicked the link to this game http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/g3/bells.htm in my favorites.
I started hopping a bit...and it friggin laggs!! thats not normal anymore o.o.

So suggestions ?

Specs:
Processor: AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-56
Memory: 2 gb
HD: 120 gb
Graphics: nVidia Geforce Go 7300
OS: vista 32 bit

I don't really have one except for the symantec that came with the laptop
That didn't find anything.

Could it be I fried my videocard? Is there a way to check it?

that or have you defrag your hard drive? or disk scan for errors?

Also use ccleaner to clean your computer
