Hard to say, pic is too low res to say for sure. The red IS suspect.

That is hard to say. The guy he's looking at could be right around that wall and all we can see is his name. If the red guy was like 300 yards away, then of course that's a problem. I would say this is inconclusive.

I'm not too versed on screen shots, but the health bar under said red players name is kinda weired.

yeah hes hacking, see the bar and the lines under the guys name afar from him? Also his crosshair is different.
Hacker. ESP hack, I think. He can see the enemy's lifebar.
