Or use Royale Noir like I am which needs nothing else but the theme file to work.

Surprise, surprise. Windows does have skinning built in. As I mentioned, use the uxtheme.dll patch by Radish, which enables skinning for non-official styles in Windows XP without a third-party application running constantly.

His didn't have the stacklet included, which is what makes the toolbar genuinely useful (for me anyway).

Just had to switch back to XP (different comp), so I've been trying to make it look the best possible... While I had already done this before I read this topic, I still think it's awesome you did this. And to whoever mentioned taht there is a Royale Noir: thank you!

See the icon in the upper left hand corner. It says it's a "zip" file, but I can't unzip it and I don't know how to use it as a theme. It's from this page
