umm just little things that would make bf2 better.
full widescreen support and triple monitor support
better voip suppport... ie. pilots can talk to crew, etc
a little more destructible environment other than bridges
better hitreg, hitboxes fixed
customizable weapons (handheld on infantry, loadout on vehicles)
a little blood wouldnt hurt would it? look at counter-strike, one of the most successful fps games... blood.
a decent single player mode... havent seen one since 1942?

i HATE TF2, it sucks my left nut, I also wanna see a gun similar to the 95 that is a one shot kill, only with a larger crosshair so that it is difficult to use at range. The majority of people complaining about the hitbox detection do so because their either playing on servers with really shitty ping, or they just plain suck. The Hit detection works fine, just learn to lead your targets and stop complaining.

Fully Customizable characters.

More versatility with setting up server rules:
For example: Allowing the server admins to set auto kick/bans for attacking uncap areas (if thats a server rule).
WHAT CAN STAY:
Sniper rifle damage. I understand that in "real life", a .50 cal wouldn't necessarily have to hit the target to kill them. However, having a gun like this in the game would nerf all the other weapons. If they did happen to take the 1 hit kill route, i'd like to see a MUCH longer reload time and a very small amount of ammo. Roughly 4 to 8 rounds per person.
Tank and Apc weaknesses.
The ability to crouch by clays like in 2142.

A shell fired from an M1A1 Abrams penatrates through 10 feet of concrete. Thats what I want to see, buildings collapse.
Why EA just should know about players´ wishes? EA is publisher, DICE is developer.

I believe EA meets with DICE, and the game is developed from there.
But I could be totally wrong.

- New & Shiny GFX engine. Preferably a new one, and not one that already exists (UT3engine is one I see in lots of games)
- Maybe bigger map sizes (>64) I think like 60v60+ would be fun. BUT maybe not since lag from may become a bigger issue.
- EA/Dice(what ever company ends up taking care of maintaining it) allowing people to submit their custom maps, and possibly be turned into maps that can be used on Ranked Servers (making it's replayability even greater).
- I would love to see the current BF2 maps kept, and redone. Something I feel a lot of game series do is turn their head on the old classics.
I'm sure I'll think of more, but those are off the top of my head.

More/Differentiated kits.
Keep the Seven standard except add 2 more.
Marksmen for short range semi auto sniping(Anything 200-500m), While making sniper one long range killing machine(up to 2km)
Pilot so no more people bail out of their heli's after getting to a point.

I dunno if its been said, but have some variation of Wake. Same design with the carrier, maybe a paradrop spawn replacing the island or somethin along those lines.
Edit: I hope the 360 version is good, because I can't afford to keep up with computer games, so I'll be sticking to the 360.

It's coming, for sure. EA has a cash cow, and with BF:H and it's purchasable goodies system, a BF3 for the hard core fans would be a smart thing to do.k_c wrote:
