Plane simulation (Flight Simulator X, Ace Combat) -

Action-Adventure (Zelda, Metroid, etc) - Consoles, Ocarina of Time would not have been as epic with a keyboard and mouse.
Stealth (Splinter Cell, Hitman) - PC, don't really play these games though.

Not saying, I can't play FPS on console, as I enjoy games like Resistance, but I just like doing 360 degree turn

Everything PC except button-mashing fighting games, especially those side-scrolling SEGA games like "Double Dragon". No shooters belong on consols, I can't aim with those fiddly fucking joysticks.

(We are talking in terms of gameplay rather than game titles right, 'cause although I dislike consoles they do have some wicked titles.)

Sports games suck and don't belong on any format.

Most of my genre platform preferences can't really be filed on one side or another, because I have favorites among both. But as far as consoles are concerned, I generally lean towards the classic rigs, SNES/Sega Genesis and older. As for the Nintendo DS, side scroller is the way to go.

i really only play two genres, FPS's and Sports.

So for me it's frakin easy, FPS's on PC.

Madden, MLB, etc. it's gotta be on a big screen yo, console ftw.

Everything PC, except sports games which are meant to be played on consoles. Madden on the PC = not very good.
Oh, and also action-sidescrollers (Contra, Gunstar Heroes, Metal Slug) on the console, because I have them all for the Wii.
Oh, and party games like Super Smash Bros, Mario Party, Wario Ware and Fuzion Frenzy on console because A) You can't party around a PC, and B) nothing exists for the PC like these titles anyway.
