Now this is probably not what you want to hear, but I think that what she needs now, considering she just broke up with her bf, is a friend. If you love her, she should be your first priority and moving in as anything other than a friend just now, may be both unwise as well as rather selfish. Take her feelings into consideration to show you care for her, if you don't she'll notice.
About jealousy, I already made a post about that a few minutes ago:

What you need to do is tell her exactly how you feel BUT... also let her know you know what she is going through right now and w/e the outcome you do NOT want to ruin your friendship over something like this. However tell her that when she is ready to date again you will be there with open arms but in the mean time you will act as a shoulder to lean on for her.
