I do, however, prefer to use stopping power with most guns, since I am quite confident with my shots, anyway.
It is actually around 20% as a actually manually tested it out.
I emptied a magazine for two guns, AK and RPD.
AK w/o DT 3.15 sec
with DT 2.65 sec
3.15/2.65 = 1.1886 (around 19% increase)
RPD w/o DT 10.48 sec
with DT 8.64
10.48/8.64 = 1.2129 (around 21% increase)
This suggests DT (despite all the believers for 100% increase) increases RoF by 20%
If it is 100% increase it would be
3.15/1.575 = 2
10.48/5.24 =2
