I suspect something is amiss

As the title says i was gonna install Special Forces ( downloaded from EA Downloader ) when it tries to patch BF2 to 1.1 i recieve the message "Patching Failed"

This is making me annoyed tried the usual re installed whole crap not working..  Anyone knows how to work around it?

All I can suggest is download the patch again.

yea, you might have a corrupt download, and the only solution to that is download again preferably from a different website.

hmm

uninstall bf2/sf

reinstall bf2, re-install sf (dont worry about Not buying able to re-download, you have to delete the file before they will let you dl it again)


download patch 1.41 http://www.ea.com/official/battlefield/ … nloads.jsp  from here

install euroforce and armoured fury if you have them

re-patch

the incremental patches dont work as good, and you need 1.41 anyways
