Vacation locations wanted

Hai!

Since this forum is quite well represented from all around the world, I need some hints on some kickass locations. I've gone through a ton of brochures and they are quite dull. I feel like I've seen them all by now. So I turn to you guys because you, for sure, know something better them dull companies don't. I'm in need of locations, probably north/south americas that are warm (+20C <) in february. The original plan is to fly to N.Y. for a few days and head south from there to a sunny site. Warm weather, warm water, beautiful beach, peaceful, über place to relax. Those are the key words. Other suggestions around the world are also welcome. Australia could also be a nice option. So bring your cool ideas, with links if possible, to the table. And yes, it is going to be a honeymoon

Strangely enough, Mexico's a reasonably good choice.

Stick to resort towns like Cancun or Puerto Vallarta, though (no Acapulco).

Go to Antigua Ultra, beautiful beach, scenery, its quite small so you can see it all in a few days....and its only a 2 hour flight from Florida...30 degrees + all year round.

I could say any island in the caribbean, but I have the best experience with Antigua, and know you wont be disappointed.

Fishing, forrests....everything.

If you're looking for (< 0C), then stop by Norway I've been to Florida though, and even though I haven't got much to compare it to, it was a beautiful place that'll satisfy all your honeymoon demands.

if your looking for a social-shopping center, with awesome weather and beaches, go spend a week in Honolulu, Hawaii. It is very nice. Stay at the Hilton Hawaiian village, too. its on the Waikiki beach and right across from the Waikiki shopping strip. Very superb restaurants as well.

A little more low-key is at the Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii. It has excellent beaches, very nice weather, and a very nice spa center for the misses. You have all you need at your resort, and the resorts private beach is perfect for watching the sun set (literally, picture perfect).
