Ok, i just grabbed the trial version of 3ds max, and i decided to try out the beretta tutorial.

i was doing pretty well until i got to extruding. In the tutorial he has the yellow red and green arrows for moving, I however do not.

I'm probably making some really dumb mistake, but if somebody can help it'd be great.

It's probably just a setting somewhere that's turned off.

I use Maya though, so I can't help much..

yeah, tried that one first and failed miserably, the berettas a bit more beginner friendly...
